Medical Advice

We will always do our best to accommodate your needs during your enquiries and booking. However our therapists and reception team are not medical practitioners. If you have had, or are currently suffering from any medical conditions we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to your booking and arrival. Please inform us on booking if you have any medical conditions or allergies in order for us to recommend suitable treatments.

Pregnancy

Whilst you can still come to the spa with friends, and enjoy 'mummy-to-be' treatments and therapies, the use of our thermal suite is restricted during pregnancy.

Children

The minimum age for spa guests is 16 years. All children under the age of 16 who visit the premises must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 ratio at all times and respect the restful nature of the Spa.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to other guests and to preserve the ambience of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones in the spa areas.

Smoking

Due to the legislation introduced in July 2007 Elements MediSpa operates a strict no smoking policy in all areas of the spa and grounds.

The Spa Facilities

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the smooth running of the spa unforeseen circumstances may result in some of the facilities being withdrawn at short notice. All facilities are subject to availability.

Thermal Suite Closing Time

The Thermal Suite closes 30 minutes before the normal closing times.
