We have a number of ways to allow you to make your booking
On booking, we will require the name, contact details and treatment requirements for each guest.

Request a Call Back
Simply complete the 'Request a Call Back' form in the right hand column of this page, and our reception team will respond to your request regarding your booking.
We require Payment in full in order to book your Spa Experience. Only one credit card per booking can be accepted.
When you intend to make payment using a Gift Voucher, we require a valid voucher number and details in order to secure the booking. N.B. Gift vouchers cannot be used once expired.
Elements MediSpa provides a unique and sophisticated venue available for private hire seven days a week. Whether you have a hen party, birthday celebration or team building exercise, the Spa is available for exclusive enjoyment for you and your guests.
A group booking is a reservation made for between 4 (minimum) and 15 (maximum) guests. We offer exclusive use of the spa with any party of 8 or more guests (subject to availability).

We have a cancellation policy that is fair to both you and ourselves.
If you wish to cancel, change dates or remove clients from a reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date, we offer a full refund on the payment method used to pay for your booking. If less than 48 hours notice is given, all money for the booking will be lost.
Cancellations will not be accepted through email.
