If you're planning to visit us for the first time, this information has been provided with you in mind...
Please visit our Spa Facilities page and you’ll be able to find out more about the facilities here at Elements MediSpa. We’ve tried to provide you with as much information as possible before your visit in order to answer any queries you may have and to help you relax and look forward to visiting the Spa.

On arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly reception team, and directed to the spa lounge where you will be asked to complete our medical questionnaire. You can if you wish order drinks or snacks whilst you complete your paperwork. All additional food and beverages you have during your time with us, are simply billed to your account. There is no need to carry any money with you throughout the day; everything can be paid on your departure.
When you have completed your questionnaire, you will be escorted to one of our changing rooms and allocated a locker. Your locker will contain a luxurious robe and towel for use during your stay. Our changing facilities offer communal changing, private showers with shampoo and conditioner and vanity areas with hairdryers.
When you have changed, a member of our team will collect you and take you on a Spa Tour. This includes an explanation of each of the spa facilities and a personal tour of the thermal suite and relaxation area.
Throughtout the Day
Our helpful and friendly staff are always on hand to answer any queries or give advice about any issues that may arise. You can also use the telephones located in the relaxation area and changing rooms to call reception or the bar to request anything from a fresh gown to a glass of champagne. We are here to ensure you enjoy your experience with us.
Adding Additional Treatments
In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend that you pre-book any additional treatments you wish to add to your Spa Day at the time of booking. All treatments booked for your day will be clearly marked on your spa itinery card.
Refreshments and dining
We offer a selection of healthy and indulging refreshments for you to purchase throughout your da. We also offer a selection of fine wines and champagne as well as light bites and snacks. If you wish to look our our menu please click here. Our current specal offer includes the choice of any main course lunch and a glass of wine for only £8.50 per person
We ask that all food orders are placed prior to your spa experience as everything is bought and made fresh on the day.
Lunch is served between 12 noon and 2pm. Should you wish to dine at a particular time, please request this on booking. We recommend that if you do have any special dietary requirements, or food allergies, to contact us prior to your arrival and we will be more than happy to discuss this further with you and accommodate your needs.
Your food is to be eaten in our lounge bar which is relaxed and informal, guests often dine in their robes. Snacks and desserts can be enjoyed in the relaxation room.
Thermal Suite Closing Time
The Thermal Suite is turned off 30 minutes before the spa closing times. NB Use of the thermal is restricted during pregnancy.
Departure and payment
Your personal account must be settled at our main reception prior to your departure. You can pay by credit, debit or AMEX card, cash or with an Elements MediSpa gift voucher.
