Booking Information
To avoid disappointment please book your treatments and packages in advance. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions.
Group Bookings and Party’s
Elements MediSpa can accommodate groups of up to 20 guests. We offer exclusive use of the spa for your party with 8 or more – subject to availability. Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Payment Details
All Spa bookings require payment in full in order to secure your reservation. Only one credit card per booking can be accepted. When you intend to make payment using a Gift Voucher, we will require the voucher number and details in order to secure the booking. Gift Vouchers MUST be redeemed at the time of your visit. Failure to bring your Gift Voucher will result in the full cost being paid by other means.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be occasions when guests need to cancel or reschedule treatments or packages. Please note that in the event of a cancellation the following conditions apply:
- More than 48 hours notice: No charge.
- 24 – 48 hours notice: 50% of the cost of treatment will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the cost of treatment will be charged.
- No shows: 100% of the cost of treatment will be charged.
Time to Spa
The Thermal Suite closes 30 minutes ahead of normal closing times.
Gift Voucher Purchase
Gift Vouchers can be purchased over the phone, on-line or in person. These are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 - 30 minutes before treatments commence to relax and enjoy the surroundings. As a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is to be adhered to. Regrettably, late arrivals may mean we are unable to provide the treatment(s) booked or treatment time may be reduced. On arrival you will be asked to complete and sign a confidential consultation questionnaire which your Therapist will discuss with you.
Appointment Times
All appointment durations include consultation and treatment preparation time, as well as time to allow you to dress and undress as appropriate.
What to Bring
Please bring appropriate swimwear as this is compulsory. Luxury robes, towels and slippers are provided throughout the day. Our changing facilities offer complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. Our vanity areas also have hairdryers for your convenience. We encourage you to leave valuables at home. Elements MediSpa will not take responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings during your visit.
Mobile Phones & Smoking
As a courtesy to other guests and to preserve the ambience of the Spa we request that clients switch off their mobile phones in the spa areas. Elements MediSpa operates a strict no smoking policy.
Children
Due to the relatively high temperatures of the thermal suite and steam rooms, spa users must be a minimum age of 16 years. All children under the age of 16 who visit the premises must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 ratio at all times and respect the restful nature of the Spa.
Refreshments and Dining
Iced water is available in the Relaxation Room throughout the day with our compliments. Other refreshments (soft drinks, wines and champagnes, plus a selection of teas and coffees) and lunch can be purchased at an additional cost where this is not included in your day package.
Medical Advice
All treatments are booked subject to medical status. If you have had, or are suffering from any medical condition we strongly advise that you speak with your doctor prior to booking your treatments. On booking please advise us if you have any medical condition or allergies in order that we may recommend suitable therapy.
The Spa
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the smooth running of the spa, ongoing maintenance, refurbishment or unforeseen circumstances may result in some of the facilities being withdrawn at short notice. All facilities are subject to availability.
Miscellaneous
All prices are correct at time of printing and are subject to change from time to time. Elements MediSpa reserves the right to change, amend, alter or withdraw treatments without prior notification.
