Delivery information

We deliver to the UK only. Most orders received are processed and despatched within 48 hours subject to availability. Deliveries should be received within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7-10 working days.

Delivery charge is £4.99 for orders under £50.00. For orders over £50.00, delivery is free. For some areas of the UK such as the Highlands of Scotland and some off shore islands there may be an extra delivery charge. Our customer services team will contact you if this is the case.

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Electron. Our credit cards processing and security is provided by Sage Pay, one of the UK's largest online payment providers.

Most goods are available from stock; however there may be occasions when items become out of stock at short notice. Under such circumstances, if you order multiple items we will ship you the items we have in stock and refund you for items that are unavailable. Contact is made via email so please ensure you provide your correct email address when ordering.

Deliveries must be signed for and cannot just be left at a property under any circumstances. We can deliver to a works address or neighbour if this is more convenient but a signature will still be required from the recipient. Should a courier try to deliver and there is nobody home he will leave his contact card. A further delivery will then be attempted before the product is returned back to us.

Please note: If goods are returned to us as undelivered and you require the goods posting out again, we are happy to do so but a second delivery charge will be made.

Returns information

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your mind and return unwanted goods to us within seven days. You will receive a refund to the value of the price paid for the goods. Goods must be in their original packaging and unused. If unwanted goods are to be returned we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the post office as you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received by us. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

Faulty goods can be returned for exchange or repair at the manufacturer’s discretion within 12 months from date of purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse (this includes ineffective or non-cleaning of the product and/or filter sponges). All items returned must be in a clean and dry condition.  Please note you must attach proof of purchase with your goods. If faulty goods are to be returned we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the post office as you are responsible for your parcel until it has been received by us. Delivery costs for goods found to be faulty will be refunded.

Before returning any goods please obtain a returns authorisation number via an e-mail to us or contact our sales team during working hours on 01302 34 34 32. This is for your own protection and ensures goods are tracked back into our warehouse and identified to your purchase. Alternatively for an even faster service you may return the product in person with the relevant receipt and returns number to our retail store. This means in most cases you will leave with a replacement the same day.
